Types of miscellaneous injuries will include Scars, Dermatitis, Contusions, Laceration, Abrasions and Burns.

With regards to burns, the award to be made will depend on whether it is a first, second or third degree burn. It also depends on the area burnt, how much has been burnt, whether any disabilities have arisen and whether the injured person is young or old. The awards to be made will again be determined on whether the burn is severe, moderate or minor.
